Food Vendor Regulations 2012

Northeast Colorado Health Department has requirements for temporary food
establishments. You must follow theses guidelines, fill out and
return the Vendor Application for Temporary Food Events. These
forms will be sent to you along with your conformation letter.
If you need additional information check out the Health Department website at nchd.org go to the green box on the left side of your screen to Environmental Health, Food Safety, go to the bottom of the page for Temporary Event Information. You will see the NCHD Brochure and the Vendor Application These forms need to be filled out and mailed to: Sugar Beet Days P O Box 605 Sterling, CO 80751 These forms should be to us by Sept. 1, 2012 - you will be inspected by the Health Department staff on Saturday morning and you must pass inspection or will not be allowed to open.
